After Your Initial Inquiry
Our experience begins with a FaceTime call—a chance for us to meet, connect, and learn what matters most to you. We’ll dive into the details of your wedding day, your vision, the moments you’re most looking forward to, and how we can thoughtfully bring that vision to life.
Custom Proposal & Booking
After our discovery call, we’ll put together a personalized proposal with photography collections thoughtfully tailored to your day. Once you’ve chosen the collection that feels right, signed your contract, and submitted your retainer, your date is officially reserved with us.
Timeline Planning & Consulting
As your wedding approaches, we’ll check in along the way to exchange details, answer questions, and make sure you feel fully supported. About a month before the big day, we’ll hop on a call to review the timeline together, go over any final details, and make sure everything is set for a smooth, stress-free experience.
Shooting, Preview,
& Delivery
On your wedding day, we arrive early, polished, prepared, and genuinely excited to experience it alongside you. We’ll document the day as it unfolds, preserving both the big moments and everything in between. You’ll receive a preview within a few days, with your full gallery delivered in 8–10 weeks.

Absolutely! We love traveling for weddings. Travel fees vary depending on the location, but we handle all the details and include the cost in your package, so it's one less thing for you to worry about.

We shoot on Drone, Film and Digital!

After carefully curating and editing you can expect to receive 800-1200 photos in your final gallery. (We never outsource our editing and it’s all done by us!)

We deliver previews 3-5 days after your wedding and final gallery between 8-10 weeks!

Absolutely! That is part of our consultation process. We want to make sure we allocate enough time to capture the entire shot list and not rush the process!

We duel write every single photo to two different SD cards, and then immediately back them up to at least 2 additional security hard drives stored in a fire-safe box.

As early as you can! Most of our couples book us 8-14 months ahead. Dates usually book up quickly and we only do a limited amount of weddings per year to ensure the best experience given to our couples.
